Nachfounder
A Nachfounder is a person who takes over an existing company that has no successor and runs it as its founder. The German word combines Nachfolge (succession) and founder. Instead of starting from zero, a Nachfounder takes over customers, a team and cash flow and develops the business further. The process is also called succession founding.
