Our hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type to run the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you write to us, we store your details (name, email, role and message) to reply and arrange a first call (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The check only runs after you consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Your answers are sent encrypted to our server and to an AI model via the Lovable AI Gateway for this one assessment. We do not store them in a database or use them for advertising or analytics. If you enter your company website, our server only reads that public page.

We count page views and single steps such as a submitted check. We store the page, referring website, device type, country and approximate city, no names, contact details or cookies. To find the approximate city, your IP address is briefly sent to the location service ipwho.is, which only returns the city name. We do not store the IP address.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent at any time or complain to a supervisory authority.
